What is a Filter Cage?

A Filter Cage is a type of frame that functions to fix and maintain the shape of the filter bag in industrial dust collection systems. The cage helps the filter bag maintain a stable shape, increase the air contact area, and prevent deformation during operation.

By applying multi-point welding technology in the manufacturing process, the Company can meet a production capacity of up to 200 cages per day, ensuring a robust structure, durable welds, and minimizing welding spatter that could tear the filter bags.

How to Select the Appropriate Filter Cage

• Requirement for long lifespan, good abrasion resistance, optimized cost → Select Electrostatic Powder-Coated Cage.
• System with high pulse-jet pressure → Prioritize Cages with Venturi to increase the cleaning efficiency (regeneration) of the filter bags.
